All guests must carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). Please note that PAN Cards are often not accepted as a valid address proof. You should also have a digital or printed copy of your booking confirmation voucher.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking based on the hotel's specific cancellation policy mentioned during the booking process. Some rooms are "Non-Refundable," while others offer "Free Cancellation" up to 24-48 hours before check-in. Please check your confirmation email for specific terms.

Generally, the standard check-in time is 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel directly or mention it in your booking request; however, it is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

At Round My Trip, we believe in transparent pricing. The final amount shown at the time of payment usually includes the base fare and GST. However, some luxury resorts may charge an additional "Resort Fee" for specific amenities, which will be clearly mentioned in the hotel policy section before you pay.

Bus Booking FAQs

Booking is simple: enter your departure city, destination, and travel date. Browse through the available bus operators, select your preferred seats using our interactive seat map, and proceed to secure checkout. You will receive your m-ticket via SMS and Email instantly.

In most cases, a digital m-ticket or SMS confirmation along with a valid photo ID is sufficient for boarding. However, some state-run transport buses (SRTCs) may still require a physical printout. We recommend keeping a screenshot of your ticket handy on your phone.

Cancellation fees vary by bus operator and time of cancellation. Generally, if you cancel 24 hours before departure, you get a higher refund percentage. Please refer to the "Cancellation Policy" link on your ticket for the specific breakdown of charges for your journey.

Most of our partner buses are equipped with GPS tracking. On the day of your journey, you will receive a tracking link via SMS approximately 30 minutes before departure. You can also call the "Driver/Conductor"
